Character

Some houses deserve to be kept.

Good bones are rare on this coast. We look for what made the house worth building in the first place, and give it back.

Light

The coast belongs in every room.

These lots were chosen for the water and the sky. A home here should open to both.

Craft

Made to be lived in, not just shown.

Materials that age well and details you notice in year ten, not on the day of the showing.

Place

Neighborhoods are written one house at a time.

Every home we finish sits beside someone else’s. We build as if we’ll be neighbors.

Legacy

A home should outlast its owners.

We build for the next forty years, not the next listing.
