Paul Williamson brings more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate, combining deep industry knowledge with a strong financial and business background. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a graduate of UC Irvine, Paul offers a unique perspective on real estate, with an understanding of both the properties themselves and the financial considerations behind successful transactions and investments.

Throughout his career, Paul has worked extensively in residential real estate while also gaining experience in commercial properties. His background spans acquisitions, investment, financial analysis, operations, and leadership, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the real estate industry and the Southern California market.

Paul also serves as CEO of True Legacy Homes, where he leads a team focused on transforming homes and creating lasting value throughout Southern California. His combination of real estate experience, financial expertise, and executive leadership has shaped a thoughtful, disciplined approach to evaluating properties and identifying opportunities.

Born and raised in Orange County, Paul has a lifelong connection to the communities he serves. Orange County is home. Today, Paul lives here with his wife and two children and is excited to raise his family in the same community where he grew up.

Mike Markovsky has been with True Legacy Homes as a Senior Acquisition Manager for nearly three years, bringing a wealth of experience to the acquisition team within Orange County. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Over the course of his career, Mike has generated over $350M in single family residential revenue, leading acquisition and disposition efforts across coastal Orange County's most desirable markets, including Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, San Clemente, and Huntington Beach.

Prior to True Legacy Homes, Mike was an Acquisition Manager at Thomas James Homes, a leading single lot infill home builder, where he generated over $150M in single family residential revenue across roughly 30 new construction homes in OC's most desirable areas.

Mike also has experience in 55+ senior apartments acquisition and development, and has developed national SFR rental strategies and launched into new markets within the United States to efficiently deploy investor capital at scale.

Beyond professional endeavors, Mike is proud to call Costa Mesa home, where he lives with his wife Julianna and son, Mason.
